- Monthly Plan: Refund requests for the monthly plan must be made within 7 days of the payment date.
- 3-Month Plan: Refund requests for the 3-month plan must be made within 14 days of the payment date.
- 12-Month Plan: Refund requests for the 12-month plan must be made within 30 days of the payment date.
2. Refund Process
- Request: To request a refund, contact our customer service team with your order details.
- Approval: If your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Used Services: Services that have been fully or partially used are not eligible for a refund.
- Promotional Offers: Refunds are not available for services purchased at a discounted rate during promotions.
